Terms of Use

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Faygo VPN. Faygo VPN is a virtual private network service provided by Interhive OÜ (registration code 17279779), a company registered in Estonia at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Harju maakond, 15551, Tallinn. In these terms, "Faygo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Interhive OÜ.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or otherwise using Faygo, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; by continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated version.

2. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  1. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract to use Faygo.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your account details and access key secure, and for all activity that takes place in your account.
  3. You agree to provide a valid email address so we can send you account and service notifications.

3. OUR SERVICE

Faygo encrypts your internet connection and hides your IP address to help protect your privacy online. The service is built on a strict no-logs policy: we do not track or store your online activity.

We continually develop the service and may add, change or remove features, servers or locations, while aiming to maintain the quality of the service.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

  • Use Faygo only for lawful purposes and do not infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not send spam, distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks.
  • Do not use the service for network attacks, fraud or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
  • Do not use the service in a way that disrupts other users or interferes with our infrastructure.

5. FAIR USE

  1. Faygo is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell, sublicense or provide access to the service to third parties.
  2. While we do not impose artificial speed or traffic limits for normal use, we may act against abnormal load, automated abuse or activity that degrades the service for other users.
  3. We may limit or suspend access where usage goes beyond ordinary personal use and breaches these terms.

6. PLANS AND PAYMENT

  1. Faygo is offered on prepaid plans. Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros (EUR) or Russian rubles (RUB) depending on your region.
  2. We accept payment by card, cryptocurrency, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
  3. If you do not cancel before the end of the current period, your subscription may renew for the next period at the price in effect at that time. You can cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account.

7. TRIAL AND REFUNDS

  1. New users may be offered a 7-day trial giving access to the full service for the trial period at the stated trial price.
  2. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first subscription purchase. The guarantee applies only to the first purchase, not to renewals, and is limited to one refund per account.
  3. To request a refund, email support@faygovpn.com from the address linked to your account within 30 days of purchase.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The service, apps, website, and the Faygo name and logo, together with related materials, are owned by Interhive OÜ and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our brand and materials without our prior written consent.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We aim to keep Faygo running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party networks and events beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Interhive OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party networks and infrastructure, acts of authorities, and interruptions to power or communications and other similar events.

11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

  1. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully or to the detriment of other users and our infrastructure.
  2. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription in your account. Certain provisions of these terms survive termination by their nature.

12. CHANGES, SEVERABILITY AND LANGUAGE

We may change the service and these terms. The current version is always available on this page with the date it was last updated. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

These terms may be published in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Russian version prevails for users in Russian-speaking regions and the English version prevails for others.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the competent courts of Estonia.
