1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains what data Faygo VPN processes and how we protect it. The data controller (in the meaning of the GDPR) is Interhive OÜ (registration code 17279779), Estonia.

Privacy is the foundation of our service. We collect the minimum data needed to run Faygo and never track your online activity.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

Faygo is built on a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect or store records of your online activity — no browsing history, no traffic content, no DNS queries, and no logs linking you to an IP address or connection time.

To run the service we process only what is necessary: the email address you provide at sign-up; minimal payment data needed to set up your subscription (card details are handled by our payment providers); and your correspondence if you contact support.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

  1. Your email address is used to manage your account and send important notifications — for example about subscription or service changes.
  2. Payment data is used to process payment and meet accounting obligations.
  3. Support correspondence is used to resolve your request and improve the quality of our service.

4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

  1. Performance of a contract — to provide the service and manage your subscription.
  2. Legal obligation — for example, keeping accounting records as required by Estonian law.
  3. Legitimate interest — to keep the service secure and reliable.
  4. Consent — where required; you can withdraw it at any time.

5. DATA SHARING AND PROCESSORS

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We use trusted service providers (payment providers, email and support services) that process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • We disclose data to third parties only to the extent needed to run the service, or where required by law.

6. DATA RETENTION

  • We keep account data while your account is active.
  • Certain data, such as accounting records, we are required to keep for periods set by Estonian law (generally up to 7 years).
  • After your account is closed, we delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed and not required by law.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We operate in Estonia and the European Union. If data is transferred to processors outside the European Economic Area to run the service, we ensure appropriate legal safeguards for such transfers in accordance with the GDPR.

8. SECURITY

  • We use encryption and technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access.
  • Access to account data is restricted and granted only to the extent needed to provide the service and support.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

  1. Because we operate in Estonia and the EU, you have GDPR rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, and data portability.
  2. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
  3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

10. CHILDREN'S DATA

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date it was last updated. We will notify you of material changes by available means.

12. CONTACT
